I found it put together but it needed a motor,tires, hoses, a valve,a pump, and a paint job.The guy who made it was a very good welder,the oil tank is a 3' section of the I beam closed off on both sides to make a oil tank, the entire unit rest on a rear from a front wheel drive Chevy citation or similar vehicle,still has the drum brakes on it.Put it on the scrapyard scale and it is almost 2100 lbs
