Did good?....as some would say you got it for a Lew price. Yes you did good! I've always like the way your 154 looks.....like a 125 on steroids.

I have 2-104s so this thing is like their bigger brother. I'm rebuilding the K241 in the 104 right now it when I get it together I'm going to put them in a lineup. I got it for so cheap because the guy said it smoked like he*l and needed an engine overhaul... Well it starts right up and it does smoke a little when you increase the Rpms but only briefly so it's good enough for me.

How is your truck doing?
Hey Ian, I was going to tag you into post on FB but it seemed you don't use it often was hoping you would see it here. How are you? Your daughter is getting so big! My truck is going slow ATM... All cosmetics left really... And kinda dreading doing the work on the body. Do you have a 154 also? I may need assistance with the lighting... Also not sure that it is charging my battery... Gotta find a test to see if it is... The amp guage isn't working

Things are good! Yes, don't use the book too much anymore. I check it usually once a month, but it makes my computer run really slow and get hot. I do have a Lo-boy too, haven't used it much this year because I broke it last fall, one of my brakes let go and the other one's not too good either. Also need to take off the tank and give it a good cleaning, the gas isn't flowing out of it fast enough to keep the engine running more than a couple minutes at a time. When you get to your lights let me know, I'll see if I can help you out. Mine stopped working too but I'm pretty sure it's the switch that went bad, as the wiring was all brand new. You may be charging ok, sometimes the gauges stick even if they are charging. Fortunately the system is the same as on the cadets. Yes, Tilly is getting big! She's a little over 2 1/2 now, and I have a video somewhere of her driving the 125. She loves the tractors, gives them a hug almost every day.

I've never seen the IH mower deck. I knew they made one, but just hadn't seen it. Both my LB's came with the woods deck. I really like my LB. Wish it was just a bit bigger of a tractor sometimes though.....
I've never seen this deck before. I like that it looks like a cub cadet deck on steroids.

My issue with the cub lo-boys is that they were too small for a farm and too big for an average sized yard. Still a neat tractor.

I think you could have put a "1" in front of what you paid for that.
I've only went to look at two by me and both were 2500
Congrats

They were the same deck on steroids! Wish I had one and not a Woods.... but, I've never put the deck on mine.

Oh.... Now Daniel, you can make a farm tractor out of them! Just have to find the right implements!

I have 2. (One is for parts now, but was complete when I bought it.) The one I use has 3pt hitch. I didn't pay any more for either of mine..... Just like any CC, it pays to look around.

I had only seen the woods deck prior, but was surprised when I saw this one.
I am trying to get all the odds and ends but after dealing with Cubs, this one is alot harder to get parts for. Lol

That deck is a 3260, I have the same one under mine and I've seen several others. I didn't realize they were uncommon. It's very heavy, much heavier than my Haban 374 under my super.

Mine mows nice if the grass isn't too high but could really use some more power.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
