Default Corralled a few cubs today!

I was able to gather a couple of my cubs up today. I know how much we thrive on pics, so here are a few. From L to R, I have a 129 with sweepster on front with 160 lbs. of extra wt. on rear (without the driver ), 169 with Cub Cadet rear turfs, 129 that I am reworking and a 125 with 14 hp that is also a project. All were in storage for the last year.

I really like that sweeper. I have absolutely no use for it but now I want one.

Thanks RichardNoggin. It is great for removing the neighbor's dog duty (shoot it right back over to them) or chasing that pesky squirrel from the yard. All kidding aside, it is the easiest leaf removal I have ever done in the fall; it does a great job clearing snow without clogging like blowers/throwers sometimes do, and it sweeps the sidewalk/driveway while removing all of the weeds in the cracks. Definitely one of my more fun attachments.

I bet some closeups of that Cub with the Sweepster would make some nice POTW shots

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
