PTO bearing removal???
I have the PTO clutch off K301 trying to remove starter/gen pulley off so i can replace keyway in end of crank. Does it just pull off or am i missing something?

Lock ring on the back side needs to be loosened opposite the way the engine turns, about a quarter turn. There is a set screw in it.

I got the set screw out but did not try turning lock ring! Figured i was missing something!!
 Thanks a million Dan. How about the throw out bearing? Any tricks i need to know about that before I tackle that tomorrow?

If you have a flywheel puller you can try something like this. Not as good as a 3 jaw puller just takes a few tries.
