Put it this way. I can get one off in under five minuets, and "about" ten minuets to get it back on. Wheel from side to side to get the back pins and holes lined up is what takes me so long.
I raise the tractor up with a ceiling hoist, roll the deck under, lower the tractor and hook it up....... But, sometimes there a little stubborn. ![]()

I dont mind the time so much but crawling around on the floor isnt getting any easier, and neither is getting back up.
I made three new aluminum ramps tonight for my GT Rescue trailer, I'll be testing them out when I go pick up this 109, all 1/8 alum scrap with 1/4 steel hangers to hook onto the trailer, might add some expanded alum grate to the tops but there wasnt enough in the scrap bin just yet. 5 hours, 240 rivets, $0.00.... a little overkill for GTs but I have a 154 Loboy and a Ford 2N also.

Thx, the ramps worked very well, and Im pretty happy with the 109 also, it is a basket case with a box of parts where the seat should be but the only engine damage is the piston, and the rest of the tractor is very good, tiller and deck both in working condition, good bodywork, good wiring, even the steering is decent... I dont have time for it right now but it is well worth fixing

I have a couple projects on the go so I wont be starting another engine rebuild right away but it is a good candidate to work with, especially since a k241 can be built up to have more than 10hp. The PO said it was still running but got very noisey and started to smoke alot, he took the engine apart two years ago with intentions of rebuilding but never got around to it, he had it advertised for $250, I offered $120 a couple weeks ago and waited, I think I'll come out ahead in the end but it wont be fast cash.
The ramps worked very well, I wanted 3 of them for picking up 3 wheeled vehicles but even with a four wheeler the extra section is nice to avoid stepping in between them. There was no flex at all with the little 109 on them, could probably drive a truck over them.
