Thanks for sharing the battery info. The Duralast Gold I'm using is only 340cca.

The last time I had my 1572 apart I looked at fitting a 75 series car battery in there with the side posts. I was trying to get away from having the battery cable ends so close to the hood. It would fit if the back of the gauges weren't in the way.

You did, and it was a great idea I think it spins over faster than the 1782 with 600 CCA in it.

Your welcome, I checked several different options for a battery and this seems to be the best IMHO.

I just about have it finished! Just waiting for the decals from maple hunter. I found a wiring "fix" on the light switch wires and fixed it properly, now my lights work again!

The decals will be the icing on the cake. Sure looks great from here. Really digging the rear boots. Nice job!

How much air are you running in the V61's? My tread seems to lay flat compared to yours.

Good eye, I keep meaning check the tire pressures, I was in a bit of a hurry the day I mounted them. Nice 1572 by the way

Not much to say other than POTW machine. Best thing is I know it's as good under the tin as it looks on the outside, well done my friend.
