Default So...who's getting snow tonight?!

Been a slow winter snow wise here in Illinois by the Quad City area but it sounds like tonight's storm will make up for it. As of right now, forecasts show a total accumulation of 4-6" in my area so it looks like plenty of seat time tomorrow!

So who else is getting a coating of the white stuff tonight...and looking forward to it?

I was at the store earlier buying my last pack of smokes, again!
The weather channel was on and it looked like we may be getting a few inches. Last night I think they said an inch or so. I will have to see what the locals say at 4.

I gotta admit 6 inches would be nice, to see how the blower does. At least 3 would do so getting the plow out would be justified

Last pack of smokes?! Does that mean you're quitting cold turkey or going to a vape setup? I recommend vape

I'm debating putting the blower on tonight. I haven't had a chance to actually test it and use it so unknown equipment gives me pause. We shall see, I do love playing in the snow

We had 5" the day before yesterday, cleared it with the BX's FEL. It warmed up today and is melting off where I cleared. Looking forward to when I can plow snow with the 682.

Please explain why someone that moved south to get away from snow would want to go north to plow snow, I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night. It's all yours buddy, enjoy.

Same deal here. They really have no clue. They weren't even calling for snow until last night.

Here's how it works, look out the window and then call the guy 100 miles west or from what ever way the wind is blowing and ask what's going on. Bingo we have a weather prediction. Oh yeah and they get paid for it. Note to self get a job as a weather forecaster.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
