Welded??? That's unfortunate.. all WF will fit... I think '82 series will fit as well... I got a set of tie rods here with 4 new ends for $30 If you want them. They are straight, brand new ends on them.

Well I took the drag link off my 149 to use on my 129 today, and just as I thought, it had been shortened when they welded the ends on. I took an end from a old Snapper RER I have and was surprised to see a nylon bushing on the end. The PO had drilled out the holes in the spindles and installed 1/2 bolts to fit the end that he installed, that made for a loose fit, but with the bushing it was the correct size. Now I know where to get the ends to replace the other with.
The only slop left in the front end now is the saddle were the front axle is pinned in, I will fix that later.
