After you get those decals off I found the IH decals here.

Just Google "pinstripe removal wheel" and look at images. Easier than explaining it. You can check out youtube too, there's stuff on there. I have one (pinstripe removal tool, not just a wheel) they work great!!

Just heat up the decals with a hair dryer, isn't going to hurt a thing, and all women have one, so it won't cost nothing to try. Assuming you have a woman in the house
Did it many times with great results.

That's what I'd try first. I agree its a Ih cart but that also means its been painted before. I'd still love to have it for my collection... I'd pay 150-250 for a cart that nice....
