Default I picked up a 127 today...

I picked up a 127 today for 200$ runs great with wheel weights. All I wanted it for was the engine but its to nice to tear apart so I guess I will restore it....

Great pickup!

Funny thing, 127s have suddenly been coming out of the woodwork, 3 separate ones came up for sale within 5 miles of my house last month, one for $100, one for $200, and one for $1050. The two cheap ones both sold before I could look at them on my way home from work, the out of the ballpark one never sold.

Looks like a nice piece of land there.

Interesting flatbed, is that a sleeper? Throw a trailer on the back and you could hunt Cubs for days before having to come home!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
