After several visits to Mike's (Cub Crazy) location I do not feel that having 7 cubs and one off brand even qualifies me as a collector. You do have a good start on a good collection though.

Thanks. You are correct with no tire options. The skidsteers are not all that bad with weight. I have on each side a 80lb wheel weight, a 50 lb weight and 8 gallons of RimGuard (beet juice 88lbs) in each tire. Total weight of both tires rims and all weights and RimGuard is aprox 550lbs, so traction is pritty good.

I agree my biggest problem is the wood that needs splitting and that's the reason I had all the machines out of the shop, I had to get out the log splitter. The 646 and Original are actually kept in my attached garage with heat and air conditioning. They are parked next to my 1968 Bronco. None of my machines are ever outside unless they are being used so no worries about that. It's not Much of a collection because each one has it's dedicated use except for the 70 that I'm looking to buy next.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
