The decal that came in my set was roughly 2 1/2 inches tall.

For what it's worth, on some of these decals I make my own.
You can do a Google search for International Harvester logo images.
You should end up with a couple hundred.
Pick out the one you want (pick the ones that are largest in size),
right click on the image and click "view image",
then right click again on that image and click "save image as".
Save it as a .jpg picture on your hard drive.
You then buy decal or vinyl inkjet printer paper (I buy from an online outfit called Papilio)
Then you just print out the .jpg you saved on that paper, cut it out and apply it.
Then spray it with clear coat to protect it.
If you saved a good image and you have a decent printer you cant tell it from an original.
I like the vinyl paper, it comes self stick, in clear or white background.
Easy to do once you get the hang of it, and way cheaper.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
