Seen that happen before when you don't shake a rattle can up good before using it.

I touched up my push blade with some brush on IH CC white in high humidity last monday- I didn't need to use it right away so it was ok because this paint takes like a week to dry under good conditions.

You can thank the Feds. They keep changing regulations as to what they can and can't put in paint. In the "Old days" we never had these problems.

In the old days we had 3 eyed fish and frogs with a third leg coming out its back. Good times. That third leg was tasty, so tender because it never got used.

I had painted an engine cradle after being modified earlier this year. I had used the Cub Cadet Yellow by Magic Paints from TSC. Well, it took more than two days to dry, and even after 48+ hours, the finish was still tacky. I was fed up, and installed the cradle to the tractor. Since it's a engine cradle, no one will really see it. I figured for four dollars, why not? Well, I would have been better off with a different brand/more expensive paint.
I'm not using that on my cubs again for nothing.
