Hello everyone. I am glad to be back on. After a short vacation and a busy spell at work I can finally upload my new pictures. I am 90% complete. The only thing left is to put on the AG tires I ordered and repaint the rims. I have been slow to do that since I have my hub caps. Thank you all for the help and especially to Rob over at R.F. Houtz and Sons in Elburn, IL. Rob was very helpful and is a great resource for all things IH and Cub Cadet. I am looking forward to hearing back from all of you.

I like the color scheme on your Quiet Line, good job on the work. Not too over complicated, and completed in a timely manner if you ask me!

Nice job. I really like choice to go back with the red, that's one of the better looking QLs I've seen. I think that may finally tip me over the edge to paint my 882 IH red when the time comes.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
