Default Which one?

Bought this new flywheel hub, Kohler p/n 4107103-S. It has a dowel pin installed. My flywheel also has a dowel pin.
Question is: Which one would you remove? The one in aluminum or the one in cast iron? Both seem to be pressed in. Which ever one is to be removed, my plan is to use a propane torch and vice grips. Open to other suggestions, including taking parts to a machine shop.

I myself would work on the drive hub myself. I would either clamp the pin with vice grips or clamp it in a vice and start twisting the hub. Should come right off. Try a little heat if necessary. Never had one I couldn't remove. I don't think I would use heat on the flywheel.

Thanks cubs-n-boxers. Put the hub in a vice, added a little heat, twisted and it came out.
