Sltx1054?
 I am looking for some information on removing the gas tank. I have the bracket off holding the tank, but can not get the tank out of the tractor. The reason for removing the tank is, dash lever for the parking brake (plastic) is broke behind the dash, not allowing the rod to engage. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Looks like you remove the screws #40 from #39 that are screwed into the up rights #31 & 32

I wonder if you need to remove the engine or the dash tower? I've never worked on one so I'm not sure. I'd call Cub and ask them if it was me.
