My 7 year old son will be at the wheel of the 122. I made custom fenders for it a couple months ago and picked up hyd lift so he is able to have fun with me now! 002.jpgATTACH]44782[/ATTACH][

I actually like the lights under the fenders mounted forward. That was one of the greatest things I love about the letter Farmall row crop series that have the lights mounted up near the steering wheel- you can see the front end/forward better, something that's lacking on a cub. Very nice!

I like the first pic. The tractor looks huge with your son on it.

Great line up of cubs and action pics. I know that you probably have already done so, but I just hope that you review safety measures with your son once more. It can be a fun time for him and a chance to make some great memories, just don't want to see anyone get hurt and the snow/ice can only add to the dangers this time of year, not to mention traffic if plowing out by a road. We could all use a friendly reminder to be extra safe. Have a great time plowing the snow we are getting tonight!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
