CAD that was fun, but it was more fun seeing the 1872 and the 1572 Supers go down the road. Now I can get back to finishing my 71/121 and some other non Cub projects.

Oh, yea, that is always "funner"!!

I had SUPER fun the day the guy picked up the Ariens, even though part of the payment was consecutive serial number un-circulated $2 bills.

What do I do now, keep them as collectors items, or spend them!!??

It is fun to think about!!

Congratulations Sam! That should be a couple happy cub owners in the volunteer state. They got a couple GTs improved over the originals.

Cad, I may know your $2 guy. This guy gets his kicks ordering 1K stacks of $2 bills and raising people's eyes when he spends them. He is in Northern VA.

Back in my racer days we used to hang out at the Seneca Lodge at Watkins Glen http://senecalodge.com/index.php?opt...id=1&Itemid=13 and they used to give you $2.00 dollar bills for change at the Bar. Next day when you used them at the local stores they would say, I see you have been to the lodge. LOL

Na, this guy is from near Harrisonburg, several of the other bills were collectors items.

He said he finally realized there was no profit in collecting spendable money!

They are spending, so far, , except for the $2 bills!!

Default $2 bill

That's funny because down in Pensacola, FL the dog track paid of its winning bets with 2 dollar bills so everyone knew where you were the night before! If you won.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
