Looks like a good deal to me! Could you take a pic of the dash tower when u get it? Looks like the hydro lever is pointed to the opposite side than normal. Good luck!

For $50 you are not going to get hurt even if the hydro and SG are junk.

Default 107

Well guys I just bought a 107. Not the same one pictured but in better shape with a mower deck. How simple is the diesel swap? That may be the better route to go. I appreciate the help.

No I didn't end up getting that 1. I bought a different 1 a little closer to home. The 1 I bought has a mower deck and a bunch of spare parts for a 108 and a few fenders, hoods, wheels and tires, and a bunch of grill parts.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
