well i figured id give ya guys a chance to see my 1650 and 86. took them out today for a little run both hate the cold but done well after idling with the choke on for 10minutes. i changed the 86 up alot since i first got it and posted pics on here example the custom IH weight bracket on the front for when i pull my plow and my neighbor built my sleeve hitch piece from scratch not bad. my 1650 has the deck but its in storage for now plus ill show my other cubs sittin in the shed. u can see my new to me trailer (the black one behind the cubs) i picked up for 800 bucks and i added a 4500LB winch for my mowers.

Brandon you have a good line up! I like the rear work light! I need to install mine still. I've only had it for 2+ years now.

Question 1977 IH cub 1650

Here's my Cub with 380 original hours on it.Also I'm trying to figure out y the back of the seat tapped for bolt? Any ideas? I picked this 1650 up from lady who's husband had just passed away. We talked for about an hour about how he bought it new and washed the deck after every use. He waxed the 1650 six times a year. I told her I would be proud to own it and handed her the $200.00. Then she told me there was some other "stuff" for the tractor in the other shed.
It was as follows,
1 set of ag tires
1 IH hydraulic snow blade
Wheel weights
Tire chains
1 bringly plow

WOW I love "stuff"!

What a great score and story! I'm sure you'll have both for a long time to come.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
