I'm 100% sure it's brinly, I've seen it in some older ads for brinly. The sleeve hitch is missing, but could be made easily. I'm not sure what to value it at, but I would start at about $50.

yea thats a brinly. i had one. was a back blade, box blade type of thing. very heavy duty made compared to the new ones they are making. when i sold mine, i got $200 for it. someone either must have realllly wanted it, or i got lucky. but for that one, it has the teeth which is a huge plus. id give $100 for it.
