You want the 25-757-02 if it's the carter num. 30 carb. The 01 is for the num. 26 carb.

The cub was made in 1979 if that helps.

I have no idea- what's a carter carb look like? I thought they were kohler's or Waldrops.

You need the num. 30 kit. I just ordered 2 from my dealer and they were 11.00 a piece.

Wow- thanks I'll check that out. I though CC had discontinued the throttle shaft repair kit and only had the carburetor kits still.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
