Default O goes down the road

Well been kickin' around the idea of selling my "O" put it up on craigs list yeasterday and got a few phone calls. This morning a fellow from an hour away called and sounded real interested. So he drove over with his trailer in tow.
Talking to him on the phone, came to find out he's my old girl freinds brother that I knew back 30 years ago. (small world) Anyway it seemed he and his 14 year old son wanted it for a project, so I turned it loose. I really don't think I was going to ever get it going anyway, so why let it just sit in the cub barn? It is a little more than I care to do at this point, and it will make a good father and son project.
Oh no! I have room for another tractor

Todd
That will make a good project tractor. You can't keep them all...
Now what are you going to replace it with?

On another note I sold my 1250 today.Looks like I will buy two more cubs now...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
