Default Front wheel bearings
I am receiving a cub cadet 125 soon and I know it needs new front wheel bearings. Since these bearings are packed to my understanding, are there any thoughts on a conversion to greasable bearings? Someone gave me an idea like a conveyor bearing, which would be heavier?

Not sure why you would want to change from a design that has been working so well all of these years. Take your old ones to bearing supply house and get you some good USA made bearings and worry about them again in another 40 years.

The OEM bearings are greaseable...repacking them once in awhile is a good idea.

Make sure you buy non sealed bearings on the inside. I drill the hub and install a grease fitting like the originals and just grease it that way.
