Another 1450 question
When working on the trunion I noticed that on the rear of the transmission there is a hole in the (what appears to be) the output shaft. Is this for some type of PTO?

I don't think so, but mine have the same hole, and I never thought of it till you said something.

I'm not sure why they did that, but there aren't any rear PTO's for the QL's that I am aware of.
Also noticing a good powerwashing of that pump unit will help the cooling some  . Just don't paint the fins or pump.
