Sometimes it's good to just walk away from a project for awhile to get that desire back. Once burn out sets in, shortcuts have a way of creeping in. At least this is what happens with me.

Tried your advise guys, I fell down

I think it's just that I'm so close now, and a few thngs didn't go as it should as I was putting things back together, and that bumbs one out. It's basically a puzzle, that I just will take my time on to get it right.

OK, break over. Couldn't wait any longer, so I went at the 100 some this afternoon.
Got the axle and roll pin on along with the dash, wiring and decal. Also put the hand clutch bracket on the clutch pedal.
Notice the picture with the axle shaft, the new shaft is shorter than the one that was in it, but I don't know if it was original or not. Called my dealer guy, and the new one is the only one cub offers (number wise) for the 100. But from the back you can see it don't go all the way to the end, is that right or wrong?

I'm not sure on the axle pivot shaft. I'm wondering if one of our sponsors might have an NOS on hand?

I may need to get some pictures of your clutch hand lever set up later. I am not sure how well my nephew will be able to reach the pedal. He has the body of a Horse Jockey, diminutive in size for his age, but he makes up for it with heart and soul.

The 100 is really shaping up nice! The tower, frame and front axle assembly look awesome! Your design and fabrication on the hand clutch look very good.
I didn't think you would be on break long

( I may go into Cub withdrawals during syrup season.)
I did throw the old deck from the 147 up on the bench and removed the scalp wheel brackets and the front casting. This deck is not in great shape. May just set it aside.
