Wow Chris that tiller looks like a new one. It had to be a labor of love. You have every right to be proud of that restore.

With my son, EricR Super 2084 with 54" mower, 451 blower. 2086 with 3 pt hitch, 54 inch deck, 551 blower, 54 in brinly blade. A 4 digit original w deck. A 70 with deck. 2 102s both with 42 in decks, one with creeper, 1 36 inch IH snow thrower CW36, 1 42 inch IH blade. 149 with mower. 2072 w 3 pt hitch, Johnny bucket, 60 in mower, 451 blower. Jacobson GT 10 with mower. DR Lawn vac tow behind,Home made lawn roller. Brinly cart, 2 off brand carts and 1 home made cart.

I finally sat up and read all your thread. That is just fantastic work on the tiller. The stainless really makes it pop. You need to do another as a worker and put this up just to admire. Fathom the mixed feelings when this goes into the dirt the first time.

could anyone tell me the weight of a tiller? it also has the extensions
I go Friday to pick up a #1 and the seller can only pick up 30 lbs. so Im on my own loading it in the back of my F-250

I watched 2 guys pick one up on sunday. Their eyes did not pop out of their heads but they knew they had hold of something. I would suggest taking a buddy along, a big buddy. That would be a real tussle for one guy.

I have to try this in the dirt at some point. Hopefully WOT and stand back in case she blows! As far as the details in this thread, I didn't tell you everything  That would take all the fun out of it.200 lb sounds about right, these are heavy. Last night I was thinking of putting some nice handles on each side, so two folks could pick it up? Or one person could swing it around. I think you could add handles on the same bolts where the extensions bolt on and the end cap bolt to the extension. Thats assumming you have estensions. These rigs are good finger pinchers too. thanks , I'll do my best. I have 2 boards and a chain come along. and maybe he has a mound or a ditch to back the truck up to, and move it that way. for 275.00 its going in the truck one way or another.....
I have a forklift here. so the unload wont be a problem
