Yes but not what I was there for. The 444 went for much more than I had even guessed it would. I looked around the net a little the last couple days to see what they were selling for. I can by one that is in a lot nicer condition for half of what these 3 guys ran this one up to. And on top of that it didn't run. Probably didn't need much more than some minor tinkering with to run, but still. Anyways I didn't need it, was just trying to score a deal.

I made a pair of ruts in my field like that yesterday too...Now the trailer is a LOT closer to dry ground until it drys out. I was glad my buddy had his 4WD truck to pull me and the trailer out, the mud packed into my tires made even the solid ground like teflon coated ice. At least after all that I was able to pick up the phone poles and tin I was after , didn't have to worry about being overbid....the poles were free and the roofing tin was something I had ordered last week.

Down here in Central TX we are so glad to have the rain we will put up with a little mud... Lake Brownwood rose 6 inches with the last storm....and it was pretty much a muddy puddle instead of a lake.
