Default My Girls

Here's my team for winter:

I have a blower for the tractor cub too.....but figured I have that covered with the JD. We have been missing the snow here in Des Moines so far....

PS - please don't bag on the messy garage. Time has been limited getting the cub back together :-)

Default 1650 with snowblower attached

Does anyone have any pictures of a 1650 with the blower attached? I inherited a 1650, with snowblower, but a few of the brackets on the attachment are broken. I'm not sure how they mount, so if I saw a few close up pictures, I can probably fabricate the missing pieces.

From the looks of what I have, I'm not sure how this attaches to the hydrolic lift. I'm also missing the shute turning handle and universal pivot for it. I'm also mixxing the belt for the PTO.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated

rsierra1025, I like the "low profile" tire on the front of the Cub Cadet!!

There, I did not bag you on the messy garage as requested!!!

Good looking team, except somebody got some Greene mold on the blower tractor. Maybe it just needs washed.

I am happy to live where snowblowers rust away before they wear out!!

What model blower do you have? Have you looked in the tech section of the site for the manual? All of the mounting info would be in there. Instead of printing it all out site sponser Binder Books has them already printed out waiting to be in your hands.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
