when I put my 102 ones on they were super sticky and very hard to get off the paper!

I put mine on dry on my 128 and 73. You want to leave the backing tape on and tape the decal on were you want you want it and get it stright. Than peal a little on the backing tape back to get to stick at one end than peal the tape back as you go. If it is not right peal the decal off and do it again it will come off if the paper is on the back alittle it will not hurt the decal. It toke me 2 hours to put deals on my 128 and around a hour to do the 73.

I have had good results with windex on my motorcycle decals,they are 3M, but it might work just as well with the cub ones.

Decals
Iv'e worked alot with vinyl decals and I like to use the spray bottle with dish soap to apply.Make sure you let them cure real well in direct sunlight after your finished,it will smoth the decal out and it will truly bond the decal to the surface and makes the bubbles that you pricked with a pin disappear.

I put all my decals on dry. Ive done the water thing once and didnt like it. I just get them lined up on there and use a peice of painters tape to tape the one end then to hold it straight then go from that corner peeling the backer tape off and working the decal on using a clean tshirt in small up and down motions, doing it that way leaves you with no bubbles.

That is a decal of some type of animal looks like it might be a deer
