Can't wait to put in an order for some of those bushings  Looks like you turned enough material for a few extras. Just let me know how to get a couple I got a few Cubs just waiting for a little carb work

All back together
Well, it sure looks better now. I did the "rat rod" approach on the air cleaner housing. A buffing of steel wool took off 1 coat of rattle can black, and 1 of lemon yellow, leaving the original Cub paint. *I* like it better this way and I waxed it to give the bare spots some protection (I suppose I could mist it with a light coat of clear, if I took off all the wax I just put on).
I kinda like the "original but worn and clean" look...I can always paint it later.... Anyway, hope to see if this thing will at least run this weekend! John (before and after shots)
