Dumb question. How big is your resevoire for the oil? I am just trying to picture how much fluid you have/need to lift this. Correct me if I am wrong - you need the amount of what is in the filter, lines, pump, as well as enough to fully extend ALL the cylinders as well as have some left over in the resevoir? Rough figuring, what you said about 6 quarts - do you have enough it it? Is it possible the system is starved for oil still? I am grasping at straws here to be honest Matt, because from what you have explained so far - you did it all correct! Only other thing to try is to get rid of the restrictors within the lines to see if they are slowing it down too much? Is it possible it has some chunk of crap within the system that possibly got into it during reassembly after painting? Something as simple as a large flake of paint would screw the whole system up for flow of fluid wouldn't it? You have MUCH MORE patience with this than I would have Matt - I too would have been looking for the closest dynamite dealer!!
