Leaking carb on 126

Hello,

I posted this on here before and got an answer, but I still can't find the problem.

Anyway, when I got my Cub Cadet 126 the carb leaked gas out of the air bleed, but only when the motor wasn't running, so I had it rebuilt. Got it back and it did the same thing. I thought the float wasn't pushing the needle up enough, so I took a screw drive and adjusted it, but once it stops leaking it doesn't get enough gas and it dies.

Any thoughts?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
