Default 2072 all back together and ready for action

I just finished putting the new 2072 together after breakdown and cleaning. I have rear hub caps on order. Which was much cheaper now that I can deal in Cub parts. The only thing I need is a bumper have not seen one for sale for a while. I have one on the 15,17 and 18 so I don't want the 20 to feel left out. I hope to bring all 4 supers to PA plow day. I am not sure but I think I can get 3 on my trailer and one in back of truck. The 20 is not running I had to get a new fuel shutoff valve as the screen on the other was missing. I hope to have it tomorrow.

Man that looks way too nice to use. Check out this thread about bumpers. I just bought 2 of them for my 2182's

Charles, that 2072 looks REAL NICE! There's an easy fix to fitting the tractors on the trailer. Let me bring my trailer over and it will fit right on no problem

Sure enough, I've been trying to locate a blade for it for a few years now. When I first got it in Indiana, the handle of a butter knife was sharper than the blade was. It took me some time to get an edge on it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
