Some 105 progress
Well I posted up my find a week or so ago. Its a 105 that I bought for $50. I just recently put a new key switch, fixed the wire harness, cleaned the fuel sediment bowl, replaced the metal fuel line with fittings and rubber gas line, And rebuilt my first carb !! Its the Walbro I took off my 127, But hey, It was my first one and it was a learning experience, and it works !! Yay me !!

Thanks
Thanks guys, Anyone have any ideas how to get that darn pipe out of the block to throw that exhaust out? I used pb blaster and saked it for days and used a big pipe wrench, and nothing......it started to bend the pipe, its kinda weak.

Sounds good, thanks for the vid:beerchug:. I had the same issue on my k161, I soaked it with pb and started pipe wrenching it and the pipe started crushing, at that point I was all in so I heated it up as much as I could with propane torch and wrenched again with a pipe on wrench for extra leverage and got lucky, she broke free! That's a tough one, good luck!

If it is that week, I would almost try to cut it just long of the block and use a cold chisel and punch to try and push and cut it out. If it messes the threads you can drill the bosses on either side of the outlet and order or have an exhaust shop make a flange adapter for a muffler. Some of the puller websites have pipes already made up with the flange for use with the two bolts.
