Cub cadet 126 front PTO won't disengage

Working in the front PTO of my cub and it won't disengage, from my preliminary research I see that it could be the wear button being worn out, but are there other things that could cause this? What should i be looking for?

Bearing failure, improper adjustment

What he said.... also check that grill housing is tight, four bolts to frame.

Could also be loose, worn out, or stripped threads in the adjustment rod.

Check your turnbuckle. It may just need some adjustments or check the cotter pin back by the steering tower to see if it is catching on something that is not allowing it to completely actuate.
