109 Hydro issue
 

I recently got a free 109. All the sudden, the hydro just speeds up without warning(this started happening like an hour ago). The lever seems a little losser. How do I make the hydro so it doesn't speed up? Thanks.

Where do you get shims that size? Make them?

Not unless you have a punch press. McMaster-Carr has them; that's where I got mine.
