128 Cub Cadet mower deck blades
I'm looking for replacement blades. The deck has three that measure close to 15 1/4 Inches. ID Number on the deck is: 441U1112

I have seen a lot of praise from members here of the gator blades..
http://en.oregonproducts.com/pro/products/oep/G6.htm I have personally not used them but based on what members here have said, they will be my next set. |
I believe you will find that Gator blades for a 44 or 50 deck are NLA.

On the Gator vs conventional:
It is my findings that the gators will cut the grass up into smaller pieces making it disappear faster, and work great mulching/making leaves disappear in the fall. The negatives are the "fingers" don't stay sharp very long and wear fast. Also they don't have as much "suction" to pull the grass up straight if it is heavy/wet, and they don't throw the grass as far out of the deck as conventional blades do. I use them selectively as needed, as they change in just a few minutes with an impact wrench. Now this is based on 50 "A" & 50 C" decks. I swear by them in the fall mulching leaves.:beerchug: |
#1 son has 'em on his Z turn and his lawn always looks like crap.
I'll take my 44A any day even if it does take me a little longer to get the job done. |
