Haven't got it started yet, have to mount the choke cable, and figure out where my starter ground runs to, and then I will re-connect the battery and should be good to go.:biggrin2:

Hey bud! I was farming yesterday and couldn't get back to you.

Did you find the timing window? If not, look here. If you still can't find it, pull the starter and look on the front of the flywheel housing. Sometimes it's kinda hid.

The starter grounds through the block. You can put a strap/wire from the mounting base to the frame if you want, but that engine bolts in the frame so it should be fine.

No problem! I realized it wasn't on the flywheel cover but on the bearing plate... Got it figured out! I'll see if I can get the ground wire to one of the starter mount bolts...:BangPC:

Awesome!! Did you remove the balance gears during your rebuild. I did on mine and other than watching her "shake like my sister Kate" a little, there is no difference (other than the obvious that it runs better after being rebuilt).

Yes I did, I need to adjust my idle speed a little faster but when she is at the idle she is supposed to be she runs like a top!

Now I need a new exhaust, new seat and put her back together and be good to go!

Happy she's running good for you! What did you use for break in oil?

I have standard 30W in it now, we used it for assembly. I need a new fuel line hose, I've got one in there but it's too large, however I did get it to clamp down.
