Flooding in the North East

Looking at the news this AM looks like a lot of the north east got or is getting pounded, hope all you guys are OK. We ended up with 5 days of rain and about 4" but all OK here.

Thanks for you concern. I saw the radar last night and I was thinking "no ride on the 125 mowing grass this weekend". Somehow most of the precipitation went around my area in Central NJ. Not a puddle in the yard this morning. The bulk of the system is north of me today. I think it might have something to do with my not washing the truck.:bigthink:

Glad you are OK.

20 minutes south of me got 9" of rain yesterday, we saw around 4" here.

I'm not complaining, the garden needed it.

Good luck and hope no one has any flooding out East.

Around here in Iowa, we haven't gotten a good rain in about a month. No need to kill the grass so to speak cause it's all brown and crunchy. :bash2: :biggrin2:

Metro Detroit got pounded by it on Monday.............talk about major freeways being closed for two days because of how much water came through the area. 6 hours of heavy rain, an inch of rain or more an hour. it was a mess and the clean up continues.
