forward,reverse lever questions
Tractor is a 107 1970
2nd question. My forward and reverse lever on the dash moves kinda easy. So when it's moving the lever moves kinda easy also. SO I need to hold it still while holding it and the steering wheel. I looked underneath the tractor and seen a bit of linkage but not sure what needs replaced and or tightend up. I assume the lever should move to easy. Here is a video http://youtu.be/HtYJNIBkGa0 |

Thanks very much. Please don't feel like
I don't search. Just bit harder on a phone. Plus I have no idea what the smaller parts are called. This is my first tractor :) |
The service manual def. will help. There is a nut inside the dash that needs to be tightened to make the hydro lever not flop like it is. Good luck.

An open end wrench, 1 1/16, cut to about 3 inches, will help you tighten the lever tension nut.

Ok thanks for info.
I found the pdf i needed. I looked for the nut, but i dont see it. Everything from the lever down is tight no play. It seems to be in this area in the red circle http://i681.photobucket.com/albums/v...v/newlever.jpg |
