Need help

I have a 2160 cub cadet lawn tractor. When I turn off the key they tractor keeps on running. But is sounds like it is running on one cylinder. Can anybody help me with this problem that I'm having. Thanks

There is NO such model number I can find (803447). Would this more be likely.....303447?

The mags have a kill wire that grounds them out with the key in the off position. They also have a diode in each wire to keep them from grounding each other out. Check and see if the diode is open or the kill wire came off the mag.

I had a Vanguard that a mouse ate through one of the kill wires to one mag and it did the same thing. Get ready to pull the engine out. Not a big deal to do it. A couple hours and a few cold ones. I suggest that you pull the fender pan and undo the drive shaft at the pump and have someone hold the shaft tight to the engine as you move the engine forward because the coupling is a MAJOR PITA to get back together once it comes apart, ask me how I know.:biggrin2:

Here is your Ignition Circuit. As Sam stated, you might look at the "Yellow" wire(s) to see if they are intact.
