Creeper gear kicking out of low??
 

The creeper gear on my 72 ocationally kicks out of low gear.

I've had a few suggestions of the problem and possible fixes.

Has anyone else experienced this or have thoughts on the problem and possible fix??

If the shift fork is worn, it may not go all the way into gear. If that's the case, you'll need to weld up and re-shape the fork to put back the material that has worn off.
