Weight of a 149?

How much does a 149 weigh?

I'm truckless right now, all I have is an '06' Toyota Corolla, and I have a lead on a 149, just not sure how to get it home.

I read on another forum that IH claimed the shipping weight of a 149 in 1972 was 870 lbs. This is third hand information but seems plausible to me.

my wifes' 04 kia spectra has pulled a :censored: alias chalmers 716 with the deck on up and down some pretty nasty hills/mountains here in northeast alabama, but i'm pretty sure it's not as heavy as a cub. jeff

Level roads, not over 45mph, you are OK.

Over 45mph, you will have a harder time stopping!!

That's too heavy...it's probably about that much including the operator.

Thanks all, I guess I'm not going to try to pull it with the Yota. I think I can get my hands on an F150 for awhile so I should be golden!

Where's the picture of the Honda Element with the Cub in the back?

I liked that shot! Who'da thunk it?
