Electric PTO clutch starts with engine, can't shut off
 

I put my mower deck on my 1863 tonight and as I was starting the engine the PTO was engaged and turning the drive belt to the deck, turning the blades. This has never happened, the PTO switch wasn't on and I wasn't even sitting on the seat. I tried turning the switch on an off and it made no difference. I then removed the belt from the PTO and started the tractor back up and the PTO was immediately running. This has never happened and I'm completely stumped as to why the PTO is running on it's own. Any help would really be appreciated.

should spell it out, your bearing is frozen.
