They needed two and I put all six within tolerance. :beerchug:

I'm taking the high road at work and doing as much as I can of the tight tolerance work as I will be leaving before they have my replacement.

you're spoiling them, should have sent that one to the grind shop!:biggrin2:

Yes, it is a grinding tolerance. When I run that job, all questions are asked before I start. The entire shop knows when I'm doing those parts, "Jeff is CLOSED" ( as in leave me alone )

Wish you the best Jeff!! I'm sure you made the right choice.. Change is good most of the time.. Plus if you leave on good terms i'm sure you could go back at a later date if needed!:beerchug:

Good luck Jeff on your new job. Just don't turn in your notice to us, we depend on your parts too much! You can't be replaced here! :biggrin2:

Good luck in the new job. It takes good skills to hold that on a machine and I am sure those will be missed! I worked in a shop in the 80's that was not heated well and no ac. Seemed like the machines were happier in the spring and fall. I know I was.

Congratulations Jeff. In your meeting with the "big guy", you demonstrated restraint, respect and class.

All the best.

I'm taking the high road. I'm doing it to prove I'm a bigger man than he is.
