What makes you think 4 turns on the main jet is wrong? Sounds right to me.....:bigthink:

The manual says 1 1/4 turns for a walbro adjustable and the k341. it took 4 turns to bottom the needle when I took it off the engine. am I missing something?

The 1 1/4 turn in the manual is just a starting point where the engine should run but further adjustment is needed.

I agree that 4 turns sounds a bit much, I've never had one past 3 turns.

Yeah hard to say where the right setting will be after a good cleaning and soaking. Plus both valves had too much clearance. I also set the timing while the engine was out, it's alot easier to see the sight hole with the engine out, it was off also.

This tractor started and ran though, just rough all over.
