I would like to start this thread. Lets see your snow-plowing video's so we can see how well your setups work. These are a few from this morning after a foot + fell last night. My set up is 1211 pushing a 54 inch blade, with x-tracs on the front, turfs and 2 links chains on the back. 130 lbs of wheel weights and about 100 lbs in the box on the back. It pushes full bites of the blade with no sideways sliding. And I rarely have any traction problems.
These might not be in the correct order. And the one with use coming back up through the deep snow I didn't spin out I had to push the hydro lever again as it likes to drift back to neutral at times. I also should add that I hardly ever need more then about 1/3 throttle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uGKB1dLYhE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xgl-yuCwjlk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2a4ezcbqjpY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhcsETLEOFU

Those vids were cool. I would like a close up pic of your front tires. I might need some of them.

They are Carlisle X-TRACS, 16x6.50x8. Look in the custom cub section for a thread called 1211 and super progress, There are some pics there.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
