1200 Lift Rod Removal ?
I have a 1200 that I want to take apart and redo as a stock puller, I'm having problems getting what appear to be roll pins out of the lift arm and the lift shaft underneath
Anyone have any suggestions ???

purchase you some roll pin punches, PB blaster, and a hammer. soak the roll pins in PB every couple of hours or so for a few days. then take the correct size punch and give it a few good whacks till it is removed. thats how i removed mine!! hope that helps. jeff

Thats how I got my two off. A good quality punch the right size.
The latch rod inside both of my lift arms has been welded at the bottom. I am shopping for a good one should yours be in good condition and you willing to sale or trade. Thanks, Tony

One down 2 to go
Well I finally got the roll pin out of the lift arm and now working on the 2 inside the frame for the arms, The one that came out of the lift arm looked to be 2 roll pins in one...
Yurfriendtony If My arm is good I will let you know .. I'm going to look for a roll pin punch tomm...
