LED vs Halogen PAR36 Headlights
Well, I got some LED floodlights to replace the halogens in my 125 and I thought I'd share the comparison. They definitely have a wide flood pattern (120°). These are also the 5000k color, so they're a whiter light. I think they will do for now, but I'd like to look into something with a slightly more focused beam. I locked the exposure on my phone so the pictures are as close to the same variables as possible. The first picture is just a side by side comparison as I was changing them. The other tractor used was my 126 with standard 35w halogen bulbs. Also, the thrower was mounted on the 125 so there is a slight shadow from the chute.

I saw those same lights at home depot for 9.00 for two on clearance.

Neat comparison Lance. If you are blowing snow though, the LED's won't melt the snow blow back off of them like the halogens will and I do not know if the engine/muffler heat would be enough to melt it or not. Now that you have them, you would be the best judge of that. Guess it depends on the application that you are using the cub for.
